With limited area, the primary challenge was guiding customer movement efficiently while avoiding prolonged stays.The layout creates a direct, linear flow from ordering to pickup, reducing congestion and decision points. Seating is intentionally compact and upright providing a brief pause rather than comfort reinforcing a grab-and-go experience. Clear counters, legible menus, and an open bar layout support quick interaction between barista and customer.A minimal palette of warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and integrated lighting keeps the space bright and approachable without encouraging lingering. The result is a compact, high-performance coffee bar where design, circulation, and ergonomics are aligned for speed and efficiency.
